Privacy Policy
The short version
Your text never leaves your browser. All conversions run locally on your device. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts and builds no user profiles. The only exception is the optional AI assistant: if — and only if — you save your own Anthropic API key and click an AI action, your browser sends that text directly to Anthropic (see section 5a).

2. Text you type or paste into the tool
The case conversion tools are implemented entirely in JavaScript running in your browser. Text you enter is processed on your device only. It is not transmitted to, stored on, or logged by our server or any third party. When you close or reload the page, it is gone. Preferences (dark mode, chosen title-case style, AI model choice, and — if you save one — your own Anthropic API key) are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device only; we cannot access them. The site also uses a service worker to cache its own files on your device for offline use.
3. Server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). When you visit a page, the web server automatically records technical access data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website reliably and to detect abuse (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure, functional hosting). Log files are handled according to the host's retention schedule and are not merged with other data or used to identify visitors. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address and message content to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract). Emails are deleted once the matter is resolved, unless statutory retention duties apply.
5. Cookies, analytics, third parties
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, loads no external fonts, scripts or CDNs, and contains no advertising or social-media embeds.
5a. Optional AI features (your own API key)
The page at /ai/ offers optional AI actions powered by the Anthropic API. These work exclusively with an API key that you provide and that belongs to your own Anthropic account:
- Your key is stored in your browser's localStorage on your device only. It is never transmitted to us and we cannot access it. You can delete it at any time with the “Remove key” button.
- When — and only when — you click an AI action, your browser sends the entered text directly to Anthropic, PBC (USA) under your key. This site has no server involved in that request and receives no copy of your text, your key, or the result.
- The processing relationship for those requests exists between you and Anthropic under Anthropic's privacy policy and usage terms, including any transfer of data to the USA that this entails. Legal basis for your use: your own deliberate action (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR in your relationship with Anthropic).
- Do not submit personal data of third parties through the AI actions unless you have a legal basis to do so.
All non-AI features of this website function completely without this and never contact Anthropic.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
7. Changes
We will update this policy when the website's functionality changes. The date above reflects the latest revision.
